Cream of celeriac soup with herb croutons
Smoked salmon and cream cheese roulade with pickled cucumber and pea-shoots Ham-hock terrine with homemade piccalilli, treacle bread and herb salad
Goats cheese bon-bons served with textures of beetroot

Chef’s Choice Sorbet Course

Main Course

Roast strip loin of beef served with Yorkshire puddings in a rich red wine jus 6oz roast chump of lamb with dauphinoise potatoes and a rosemary jus Roast filled of seabass with vanilla pomme puree and langoustine bisque Beetroot and chilli risotto with a rocket salad

(All served with roast new potatoes, buttered fine beans and roasted root vegetables)
